Licensing Act 2003 - review of Licensing Policy (4 July - 29 August 2025)
Under the Licensing Act 2003, licensing authorities are required to review their Licensing policy every five years. As our current policy expires on 6 January 2026 we need to review it and this includes completing a public consultation on the new document.
